Footage has emerged of a security guard being violently kicked in the head during under 18s festival Good Life over the weekend.
Video captured by punters shows a security guard wrestling a festival-goer to the ground before another runs up and boots the security guard in the head. As the surrounding crowd gasp, the boy escapes from the security guards lock as the guard lays on the ground.
While many bystanders stood there filming or watching in disbelief, one girl walks up to check on the guard before he attempts to pick himself up.
The incident took place at Claremont Showgrounds around 6.30pm amidst a live lineup that included A$AP Rocky, Jeremih and RL Grime.
According to Yahoo 7, WA Police are investigating the incident. They have urged anybody with information about the incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

UPDATE 29/02/16: Good Life promoters have issued a statement saying the security guard was taken to hospital but was discharged hours laters. Police are investigating the incident.
