Future Islands Announce 2017 Australian Headline Tour Dates

American indie crew Future Islands have announced a trio of Australian headline shows for later this year, when they’ll be down under for a trifecta of summer festivals.

Aside from performing at Fidelity Festival, Fairgrounds Festival and Meredith Music Festival, the band will also play headline shows in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne in support of their latest album The Far Field.

Gerrit Welmers, William Cashion and frontman Samuel Herring were last in Australia for a one-off show at Splendour In The Grass in July, so local fans are no doubt super-keen to see them in the flesh again.
