George Ezra Plots 2018 Australian Tour After Pulling Out Of Splendour In The Grass

After pulling out of a trip to Australia for Splendour In The Grass earlier this month, English singer-songwriter George Ezra has plotted a new Aussie headline tour for 2018.

The 23-year-old will play venues in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in March, in the lead-up to his forthcoming second album — the follow-up to 2014’s Wanted On Voyage. Supporting the Aussie shows will be Melbourne artist Ainslie Wills, who released her latest single ‘Running Second’ earlier this year.

Ezra cancelled his planned 2017 trip to Australia (which included scheduled Splendour sideshows in Sydney and Melbourne) due to “unforeseen scheduling issues”.

“I hope you understand and you’ll still be there when we come back,” Ezra said at the time, and now his fans are surely more keen than ever for some new Aussie headline shows.
