Courtney Barnett has unveiled a brand-new single titled Pickles From The Jar. The track is part of a new 10-inch vinyl compilation from Barnett’s own Milk! Records label, which features the entire Milk! roster, including contributions from Fraser A Gorman, Jen Cloher, The Finks, and many more.
Still riding the momentum from her Glastonbury debut, where the Melbourne singer-songwriter made a fine ambassador for Australia with her power chord-driven songs characterised by her deft wordplay and trademark homeland drawl, all of which are on display in Pickles From The Jar.
The Milk! Records 10-inch vinyl compilation is available for pre-order now via a new Pozible campaign. The full label all-stars will launch the new record by playing a gig at Melbourne’s famed Northcote Social Club from 2pm on Sunday, 31st August. Check below for full ticketing details.
