UPDATE 17/01/17: Skrillex has responded to ‘copycat’ claims levelled against From First To Last over their ‘Make War’ cover art.
ORIGINAL STORY: Today is Sonny Moore’s birthday in the US (15th January), so to celebrate, the muso otherwise known as Skrillex has shared a new song he recently recorded with his former emo band From First To Last.
Sharing the new song (titled ‘Make War’) on Facebook, Moore simply captioned the track, “Happy Birthday.”
‘Make War’, which you can stream in full below, sees Moore contribute vocals and some co-production to the single, which is his first song with the band since he left the group back in 2007.
Moore joined From First To Last in 2004, and appears on their albums Dear Diary, My Teen Angst Has a Body Count (2004) and Heroine (2006).
The band heavily teased Moore’s new collaboration with the group over the last few months, and now you can stream ‘Make War’ in full, below.
