I Prevail Announce Massive 2026 Australian Arena Tour

Australia, prepare your necks.

Michigan heavyweights I Prevail are heading back down under this June for their biggest-ever Australian tour, and they’re not doing it quietly. The Violent Nature Tour will see the band take over arenas nationwide, joined by Swedish violincore phenoms Imminence and US metalcore force Invent Animate.

Kicking off in Perth on Sunday 14 June, the tour will tear through Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane before wrapping up in Sydney on Tuesday 23 June. It’s shaping up to be one of the heaviest arena runs of 2026.

Since forming in Detroit in 2013, I Prevail have gone from viral upstarts to full-blown arena contenders. Their 2016 debut Lifelines went gold in the US and Canada, while 2019’s TRAUMA earned two GRAMMY noms – including Best Rock Album – and cemented their status as one of modern heavy music’s most dominant names. 2022’s TRUE POWER pushed their sound even further, and now 2025’s Violent Nature marks yet another evolution.

The new album, self-produced alongside bassist/keyboardist Jon Eberhard, is the band’s first to feature Eric Vanlerberghe as sole vocalist, handling both clean and unclean duties. It’s also their first time recording in a professional studio in a decade. The result? A record that’s as punishing as it is personal.

If their previous Aussie visits are anything to go by (including sold-out headline runs and a standout Good Things Festival appearance) these shows won’t just be loud, they’ll be a full-scale emotional detonation.

And then there’s the support bill: Sweden’s Imminence return after selling out their own headline run in 2025, bringing their signature blend of cinematic strings and metalcore ferocity. Meanwhile, Texas outfit Invent Animate continue their ascent as one of the most revered names in modern metalcore. With their intricate, ambient-leaning heaviness and devastating live presence, they’ll be setting the tone early each night.

June 2026 is about to get very, very loud.
