It Looks Like Glass Animals Are Teasing Something Here In Australia

One of Australia’s leading music and event management companies, Untitled Group, have today posted an ambiguous street photo of a poster depicting the four members of Glass Animals.

In the image posted to Instagram, all four band member’s heads are depicted in the same 3D style that frontman Dave Bayley’s head was drawn in for the cover of their album Dreamland. Their heads are white and posted on a plain blue background.

It is unclear where the poster actually is, however as the group is stationed in Melbourne, I think it’s safe to assume it’s somewhere around town.

It is also unclear what the poster is actually signifying, whether it be a new album, or a tour, however with Untitled Group running events all around the country, I think it’s smart to assume we could be copping a tour announcement soon.

Speaking with triple j after the release of the band’s latest single, ‘I Don’t Wanna Talk (I Just Wanna Dance)’, Bayley mentioned that the band had some dates to come back to Australia pencilled in.

“There’s another sort of musical thing coming at some point… And I’ll say this now: I have dates in the calendar for when we will hopefully be in Australia,” he said.

“Fingers crossed it’s happening, we’re doing everything we can to make it happen.”

More on this story as it unfolds.
