Brisbane indie outfit The Jungle Giants have announced a new national tour in celebration of their upcoming third album Quiet Ferocity.
Hitting Brisbane, Byron Bay, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart and the Central Coast this August and September, the tour has been called the “banger tour of dreams” by the band, who will likely be debuting new material as they make their way around the country. It will also be The Jungle Giants’ only tour of 2017.
“For us, this is a really exciting time to experiment with new sounds and push the set into a new place,” says frontman Sam Hales. “This record has been a really simple transition into a live set, and we can’t way to play the new songs.”
The four-piece returned to our earholes last month, when they dropped their new single ‘On Your Way Down’.
Supporting the band’s Quiet Ferocity tour will be sibling duo Lastlings and South Australia’s Heaps Good Friends. Catch all the dates and ticket details, below.
Quiet Ferocity, will be released on Friday, 7th July as the follow-up to 2015’s Speakerzoid.
