Canadian masters of chronic, extreme death metal Kataklysm have announced they will be once again unleashing their brutality across our nation with a run of headlining shows kicking off in December. The band were last here in 2008 which means the ringing in their fans ears will have begun to subside, just in time for them to be blown out once more.
For 22 years Kataklysm has inflicted sheer terror across the world. With their explosive blast beats, brutal vocals and solid riffage, the band have produced 10 albums throughout their career, with the most recent being 2010’s Heaven’s Venom. The result of this is a live show comprised of an array of tracks that take the PA to the limits with a near-bone shattering wall of noise.
Main support for the tour has also been announced as Gotsu Totsu Kotuu. Don’t let the cute name fool you, this band is on the forefront of the Japanese death thrash metal scene and are taking to the international stage at incredible pace.
