Radio streaming website NPR has released a full stream of David Lynch’s debut album Crazy Clown Time. The filmmaker/artist/legend will be realising the 14-track full album on the 8th of November.
The album was written and produced by Lynch himself and features Yeah Yeah Yeah frontwoman Karen O on the opening track Pinky’s Dream.
Lynch has also recently released a charity album named Download for Good: Music That Changes the World. The collection, overseen by Lynch himself, features the likes of Peter Gabriel, Tom Waits, Maroon 5, Andy Summers of The Police, Dave Stewart, Iggy Pop, Alanis Morrissette, Moby, Nancy Sinatra, Jakob Dylan and Daryl Hannah. The album is designed to spread the word of transcendental meditation, to which David Lynch and the David Lynch Foundation Music are strict adherents.
