Ryan Adams has released yet another track, as the rootless singer-songwriter’s re-emergence from ‘retirement’ gathers more momentum.
Consequence of Sound reports that the song Shine Through The Dark will appear on a forthcoming charity album called Live From Nowhere Near You: Vol. II, which aims to benefit homeless youth.
Adams has played Shine Through The Dark on a few live occasions, while it was apparently the “first track I wrote after my retirement” as he lay recovering from the flu. You can hear it below.
