Coming fresh off the back of hosting their own music festival ‘Til The Wheels Fall Off in Launceston earlier this month, Tasmania’s busiest punk band Luca Brasi are already heading back out on tour in support of their new single Aeroplane.
Despite having already played enough shows to kill a lesser band, the party keeps barreling on into January, the band eager to test out the tracks from their forthcoming album in the iron crucible of the live arena.
The first chance fans will have to hear much of the new material, the boys will be dropping into all the east coast capitals as well as Adelaide, Hobart and Launceston.
Renowned for their wild live shows, the run of summer dates follows on from a huge year of shows for the band, having shared the stage with the likes of Violent Soho, Kisschasy, You Me At Six and Title Fight.
Add to this their impressive festival showings at the Poison City Weekender, St. Kilda Festival, Party in the Paddock, The Hills Are Alive and of course their very own weekend festival ‘Til The Wheels Off. Speaking of the two day punk and metal fest, it was at ‘Til The Wheels Fall Off that the band shot the video for Aeroplane, the live clip perfectly capturing the events suitably loose atmosphere.
