Iconic Melbourne venue The Corner Hotel is turning 20 this year and to celebrate, they’ve organised a fitting shindig with heaps of great local acts.
Through the years The Corner has hosted everyone from James Blake to The Venga Boys but this party will be all about the local talent.
There’s nearly 20 acts on the lineup including Big Scary‘s Joanna Syme who will hit the decks as DJ Slymewave, Perth voice Jaala, Totally Mind‘s Liz Mitchell and DJs representing Courntey Barnett’s label Milk! Records.
The lineup brimming with so much Aussie talent that it’s easy to see the event as a celebration of Australia’s talent pool as well as the beloved venue.
There will be three stages on the day with one on the newly renovated rooftop so you can soak up the vibes. The best part of it all is that it’s completely free meaning there’s zero excuse not to party at The Corner.
