Morgan Wallen Breaks Silence on Nashville Arrest

Morgan Wallen was being arrested in Nashville and was booked for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested as he allegedly threw a chair off the roof of Chief’s bar.

“I didn’t feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks,” wrote the country music star on X, formerly known as Twitter on Friday, 19th April. “I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s. I’m not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility. I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe.”

Wallen was taken into police custody on Sunday, 7th April after the police officers who were stationed outside the bar saw a chair falling from above. Upon investigation of the case, the authorities came across the surveillance footage of the incident, which showed Wallen “lunging an object over the roof,” which is about 6 stories above the street.

After this incident of Wallen, speculations are going around that the reason behind such an act of the country start is his ex-fiancee KT Smith’s new marriage with Luke Scornavacco.

“Although it may seem like it correlates because of the timeline, I have no evidence to believe the incident had anything to do with the recent marriage announcement. “I cannot speak on Morgan’s behalf, but I do pray the very best for him. Praying that this was just a slip-up and that he will return to the good path that he was on prior,” said Smith who shares a 3-year-old son Indigo with the star Wallen.
