Jerk move: Treating your bandmates like employees.
Case in point: Falling In Reverse. Frontman of the post hardcore group Ronnie Radke reportedly fired all of his bandmates and replaced them in an attempt to keep the band’s profits for himself. He also made one of the worst videos ever for the one of the worst singles ever, but that’s another story.
The right way: Don’t be Ronnie Radke. Ever. Nobody wants that.
