Brisbane’s An Horse are preparing for the release of their second album, titled Walls, out through Shock Records on April 29.
The duo, now concentrating on their career in the US, recorded the album in Vancouver with producer Howard Redekopp. It is the follow-up to their 2009 debut Rearrange Beds. Mess and Noise have the band quoted as saying of the new tracks, “Some were written a while before, some a few weeks. Every song we decided to record became a tiny, helpless baby that we helped grow up/influence.”
The tracklisting for Walls is:
Dressed Sharply
Not Mine
Airport Death
Know This, We’ve Noticed
Trains and Tracks
Walls
Brain on a Table
100 Whales
Leave Me
Windows in the City
Swallow the Sea
Tiny Skeletons
