Northlane have revealed who will be joining them on their ‘Mesmer’ Australian tour due to kick off in just under two months time.
The band have picked two US bands to support them that have never toured Australia before. Alabama’s ERRA will support them on all dates as will Illinois band Sworn In, upping the dosage of metalcore on the tour.
In a social media post, Northlane wrote that they picked the acts because they believed they were “pushing the boundaries”.
While their main supports are both not local, the band made it clear that they think it’s important to represent our Australian scene and so they’re getting fans to pick a different band to open for them in each city.
“In the spirit of supporting local Australian music, we have chosen to ask you, our incredible fans, which local acts you’d like to see,” they wrote.
“Go ahead and tag them below in the comments section. We will personally listen to every single suggestion and choose our favourites to kick off each show.”
That means that there will be three support acts in each city, making it a pretty unmissable bill.
