Hooo wow it’s been a big couple of weeks in Aussie sport, which also means, it’s also been a big couple of weeks for Australian music.
The AFL Grand Final last weekend provided a Western-Australian artist heavy couple of shows, which featured the likes of Birds of Tokyo, Baker Boy, Eskimo Joe, and more.
Tonight, the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Penrith Panthers are facing off in the 2021 NRL Grand Final at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium. As it goes with these things, the pre-game show kicked off the festivities, with a host of big names taking to the stadium to gee up the crowd.

It was (tbh) a pretty random set of stars, with the likes of Kate Miller-Heidke with Cold Chisel’s Ian Moss, the Stafford Brothers, Timmy Trumpet, Indigenous didgeridoo star William Barton and a 40-piece orchestra, coming together to kick things off.
How good! ??
