Barack Obama has told Stephen Colbert that Dolly Parton not having a Presidential Medal Of Freedom is a “mistake”.
On The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, they ran a segment called Questions We’re Pretty Sure Barack Obama Has Never Been Asked Before.
He ran off pretty standard questions like the age old, “what goes in a toaster?” Before swiftly asking, “How does Dolly Parton not have a Presidential Medal Of Freedom?”
“That’s a mistake,” Obama says.
“Yes,” responds Colbert quickly.
“I’m shocked… That was a screw-up. I’m surprised. I-I think I assumed that she had already got one. And that was incorrect,” said the former US President.
“She deserves one. I’ll call Biden.”
