Splendour-bound masked Canadian artist Orville Peck is dropping his new album Bronco in April.
Releasing a trailer to tease his sophomore record, Orville Peck also let fans know that ‘Chapter 1’ from Bronco will be released this Friday, February 11.
The arrival of Bronco follows on from Orville’s debut album Pony back in 2019, and the more recent Show Pony EP project in 2020.
It’s exciting news for Orville Peck fans in Australia especially, with the country-pop artist set to perform on the East Coast this July for Splendour in the Grass, as well as accompanying headline sideshows.
In the meantime though, lap up the trailer for Bronco, which features a snippet of new music – presumably the title track – below:
It’s a big touring year for Orville Peck; along with the Splendour dates, he’ll be performing at Coachella and Boston Calling in the U.S., while also making time for fans in New Zealand, with a show at Auckland’s Powerstation in July.
