Papa Roach To Play ‘Infest’ In Full At 15th Anniversary Shows

It’s been 15 years since Papa Roach released their debut album Infest, featuring their megahit Last Resort, and the band plan to celebrate by playing the record in its entirety live.

Speaking to Music Feeds at Soundwave, the band’s frontman Jacoby Shaddix said, “We’re on the 15th anniversary of that first record Infest and so we’re looking to do a couple shows in honour of that and play the whole record in its entirety.”

There’s no word on where or when the shows will take place with the band keeping it under wraps. “We’re rehearsing all the old material to, sporadically and unannounced, drop it at shows,” said Shaddix. “We’re going to do spot dates, keep the fans on their toes”.

They will play an anniversary show in their hometown of Vacaville in April but that will be the only pre-announced show.

Papa Roach haven’t toured Australia in 12 years but there’s a chance we will see them twice this year. with the band pushing for a headline tour which could see them perform Infest in full Down Under. “We told our agent and our management, “If we’re going to do Soundwave there has to be a plan for us to come back. I want to come back and do more headlining dates maybe later this year or early 2016,” Shaddix said.

They are currently touring in support of their latest album F.E.A.R., which was released this year. Check out the full interview below.
