Perth Indie Rockers Fool Nelson Unveil New EP & Tour Dates

Boorloo/Perth-based indie-rock act Fool Nelson have just unveiled their new EP Falling Apart and a slew of celebratory tour dates across their native WA. Produced/mixed by Andy Lawson (Death By Denim) and mastered by Steve Smart (King Stingray, The Buoys), the band’s fresh four-track extended player is bursting with energy, grungy guitars, memorable melodic lines and vibrant instrumentation.

“‘Falling Apart’ was the first song that we wrote off the EP and the name just seemed to fit the mood of the rest of the tracks we were writing,” the band explains in a press statement.

“The songs all kind of fit together with a common thread of us accepting that we’re not in control of everything in our lives and finding ways to deal with that,” they continue. “I think some of this comes across with how the songs have moments of chaos but also moments that are pretty and familiar.”

To celebrate the new release, Fool Nelson are about to embark on a five-date headline tour across WA, hitting venues in Perth (18+ and AA), Albany, Margaret River and Exmouth.
