Hip-hop icons Raekwon (of Wu-Tang Clan fame) and Slick Rick are heading to Australia for a co-headlining tour.
Raekwon hasn’t been in the country since he toured with Wu-Tang Clan in early 2016, and this marks the first time Slick Rick has ever toured Australia.
They’ll be heading down in June, and will be playing shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide. Details below.
Both acts have truly become staple influences in hip-hop, and are renowned for delivering us some of the genre’s golden moments. Raekwon has been delivering since Wu-Tang’s debut in 1993 — being a part of iconic tracks like ‘C.R.E.A.M.’ and ‘Protect Ya Neck’ — and Slick Rick has become one of the most sampled artists of all time, proving his influence and impact isn’t fading anytime soon.
