New Jersey rockers Real Estate have announced details of their new album, the follow-up to their well-received self-titled 2009 debut. Entitled Days, the new LP will be out in October in the US and UK.
As Pitchfork report, Real Estate signed to the prestigious Domino label for their new album, having previously been with Woodsist for their first album, the label run by Brooklyn psychedelic band Woods.
Before the release of the new album, Real Estate will put out a new single, It’s Real, which can be heard below.
Real Estate are fronted by Martin Courtney, formerly of Titus Andronicus, while the new album was produced by Titus Andronics and Walkmen producer Kevin McMahon.
