RocKwiz Returns To The Road For The ‘Live In 25’ National Tour

RocKwiz have shared details of their national Live In 25 tour, which will see them put on live shows in most states and territories across November and December. As always, RocKwiz Live will be hosted by Julia Zemiro and MC’d by Brian Nankervis, with longtime roadie Dugald McAndrew keeping score on the night and the RocKwiz Orkestra serving as the house band. The show will also feature a rotating cast of musical guests, who will also serve as panelists on the evening.

““It’s extremely humbling that we are touring again in 2025 due to popular demand,” Zemiro said in a press statement announcing the tour. “The RocKwiz family adores performing live all over the country and we can’t wait to see you all again. If you want to be uplifted, if you want to be moved by incredible musicians at the top of their game and also laugh ’til you cry, this is the show for you. See you very soon.” Nankervis, for his part, said that going on tour with RocKwiz was always “a thrill”.

Dan Sultan & Ella Hooper – ‘With A Little Help From My Friends’

“It’s the contestants from the audience who shine [the brightest],” he said. “Last year, we met Andrew – whose wife was a back-up singer for Rod Stewart, and once went out with a member of Mott The Hoople. Julia invited her to sing with our band on ‘All The Young Dudes’. In Dubbo, [a] contestant [named] Julie sang [AC/DC‘s] ‘High Voltage’ to win her way to the show. She told us her late husband Larry, loved RocKwiz so much… [she] wanted to honour him. This is a crazy world, but spreading some musical joy and connecting with our audience is a powerful tonic. See you in the foyer.”

RocKwiz was last on the road across October, November and December 2024 on the extensive 35-date Never Mind The Buzzers, Here’s RocKwiz Live! tour. Earlier this month, the show also announced it would be coming to Tamworth for a special edition entitled RocKwiz Salutes Country in January at the city’s Regional Entertainment Conference Centre, as part of the annual Tamworth Country Music Festival on Tuesday, January 20th. Tickets for that are on sale now via Ticketsearch.
