Secret Garden Festival will be back in 2015. Festival organisers have announced the returning Sydney two-day event will run from Friday, 27th February to Saturday, 28th February 2015.
Organisers remain tight-lipped on which artists will be on the 2015 lineup, suffice to say there will be bands and DJs, newcomers and familiar faces, in addition to “odd encounters and surprise moments” in what is promised to be “the best Secret Garden yet”, including pie-throwing competitions and speed dating.
Traditionally the lineup for Secret Garden is not revealed until tickets are sold out. That means we should expect the lineup around the end of November or start of December with general festival tickets going on sale from 9:00am Friday, 14th November.
A one-day ticket will cost you $125 + BF and grant you access to Saturday, the main day of festival. Two-day tickets will set you back $185 + BF and give you the freedom to get involved in the intimate evening planned on Friday, sing-a-longs included.
Although organisers are boasting an “improved weather-ready festival site” at Downes Dairy Farm, the festival has not increased its capacity. Tickets will go on sale through Secret Garden Festival’s official site.
You can also get in on an early ticket ballot. Ballot tickets will go on sale from 9am Friday, 7th November. If you’re keen you can enter the ballot here.
All proceeds from ticket and bar sales will be donated to a range of charities. So drink up (responsibly). Last year Secret Garden Festival raised $100,000 that various charities such as Oxfam and The Sarah Hilt Foundation.
