Sierra Ferrell Announces January 2025 Headlining Shows

Sierra Ferrell has announced two of her own shows for January 2025, which will take place while in Australia supporting The Teskey Brothers on their national run of A Day On The Green shows. The American alt-country singer-songwriter and her band will play the Enmore Theatre in Sydney on Tuesday, January 14th as well as the Forum Theatre in Melbourne on Thursday, January 16th.

Ferrell first toured Australia in October 2022, playing a run of sold-out shows with Jonny Fritz. Since she was last in Australia, she has released her fourth studio album Trail Of Flowers – which came out in March 2024 – and also made her Billboard Hot 100 debut via her duet with Zach Bryan, ‘Holy Roller’, which peaked in the top 40.

Ferrell will serve as the centre of the five-act bill for A Day On The Green, with Guringai singer-songwriter Charlie Needs Braces and Irish artist CMAT preceding her on the bill and both the Teskeys and Band Of Horses following her.

“We are excited to be bringing the show home for this very special run,” said the band’s lead vocalist, Josh Teskey, in a press statement. “To make it a full day’s affair, it’s a huge thrill to be bringing together some of our favourite acts from around the world. Come join us for what will be a beautiful day.”

A pre-sale for both shows is set to take place from 9am AEDT on Friday, October 18th. General sale will then follow on Monday, October 21st – again at 9am AEDT. Both can be accessed via the tour’s official promoter, Love Police, by visiting their official website here.
