Something For Kate ’20 Year Anniversary’ Tour Dates Announced

Something For KatePaul Dempsey, Clint Hyndman, and Stephanie Ashworth — will celebrate their 20th year as one of Australia’s most beloved and consistently acclaimed bands with a new tour, a reissuing of their entire back catalogue on vinyl, deluxe CD, and iTunes, a short film, and a book.

The band’s ’20 Year Anniversary Tour’ tour kicks off this July and will see the band embark on their most ambitious series of performances to date, including shows set for Sydney’s famous Enmore Theatre, the Melbourne Forum and, The Tivoli in Brisbane. Each is set to host two sets per night.

The performances will be career-spanning, with Dempsey, Hyndman, and Ashworth playing through their hits, B-sides, rarities, and all the points that link their incredible 20-year career as Aussie favourites. All performances will be preceded by the screening of a short film by Callum Preston.

The film will trace the band’s history from 1994 to the present day, with an accompanying book, Paper Trail, to be sold at all shows and through the band’s online store. Upon the conclusion of each show, the band will head to the merch desk to meet fans and thank them for 20 incredible years.

Something For Kate’s ’20 Year Anniversary Tour’ kicks off Friday, 4th July at the Astor in Perth, before heading for the East Coast for shows in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, and finally concluding at HQ in Adelaide. Tickets on sale at 9:00am local time on Friday, 11th April.
