Splendour In The Grass Announces Huge Food Lineup For 2018

Now that its music lineup has been out for a few months, Splendour In The Grass has unveiled its all-important food lineup for 2018, to get festival-goers prepared for what’s on offer.

As always, organisers are promising a wide variety of grub to suit everyone’s nutritional and energy needs.

On the premium side of things, Splendour is set to host an 80-seat pop up from Australian chef Matt Moran’s Sydney fine dining restaurant Chiswick, with a three-course menu of seasonal share-style plates.

On the economy class side of things, Splendour’s food options will be split up into four main sections:

The Splendour Food Halls, where you’ll find spaces to sit and chow down, will feature flavours from across the world, including paella, cajun food, smoothies, gozleme (of course) and more
The International Street Eats, just paste the World Stage, where there’ll be authentic street food trucks like Mamacitas, Harry’s Schnitzels and Bao Brothers
The Truck Stop, where you’ll find all the food trucks you’ll ever need
and Campgrounds Tucker, where Splendour campers can get their fill of wood-fired pizza, crepes, coffee and more.

The festival will return to North Byron Parklands between between Friday, 20th and Sunday, 22nd July.
