Michigan sons Chiodos will soon be returning to our shores for their first visit in five years and today have announced that Melbourne’s own Storm The Sky will be joining them.
Having recently announced their signing to UNFD as well as the release of their upcoming debut album Permanence, due out on Friday 16th January, the young six piece will have some fresh material to debut on the stage when they support Chiodos on their Australian tour in January 2015.
In support of their fourth full length album Devil, Chiodos will kick off their Australian tour with Storm The Sky at Brisbane’s Hi-Fi on Thursday, 29th January, before moving on to Sydney, Melbourne, Tasmania, Adelaide and Perth. Rounding out each bill will be a host of local acts.
Devil saw the return to the studio of Chiodos founding members Craig Owens and drummer Derrick Frost and is the first record to feature new recruit, guitarist and backing vocalist Thomas Erak. See all of Chiodos’ upcoming Australian tour dates below.
