Bernie Sanders has once again become a meme after his attendance at US President Joe Biden’s inauguration on Thursday. The senator was snapped looking cosy in his mittens and somewhat unimpressed.
Of course Twitter turned the unsuspecting photo into a meme. It saw Bernie photoshopped into a bunch of movies, TV shows, and album covers.
Sanders has reacted to the memes, telling Seth Meyers, “I was just sitting there trying to keep warm, trying to pay attention to what was going on.”
