The Cribs have today announced a run of Australian headlining tour dates for October 2013 as they tour the world in celebration of their 10th anniversary.
It’s been a hell of a ride for the Jarman brothers-led outfit, which over the past decade has released five studio albums including several UK top 40 hits such as Hey Scenesters and Our Bovine Public, toured across the whole planet on their own back as well as part of some of the most prestigious festivals around, and even managed to get Johnny Marr on board for a while there.
The tour promises to showcase all the experiences and releases from the bands past. Just how much The Cribs tear up a live show should still be fresh in the minds of Aussie fans, who last had a chance to check out the band as recently as January 2013 when they were in town for Pyramid Rock Festival, so we obviously showed them a good time.
However, this will be the first time the band has ever stopped by cities such as Newcastle, so tickets to these shows are going to walk out the door.
