Great news coming for those who missed out on tickets to The Cure earlier this year. The legendary band has just announced a fifth and final show as part of Vivid LIVE 2019.
And it’s not all bad for those who miss out on tickets for this one, either. The Sydney Opera House has announced that this final show will actually be live-streamed globally on Facebook and YouTube at 8pm AEST.
The stream, directed by long-time collaborator and British filmmaker Nick Wickham, will also be available on demand for a period of time after the show.
The band were the first act announced for this year’s Vivid LIVE music lineup, a bill that also includes FKA twigs, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Teyana Taylor and more.
The show is a 30th anniversary celebration of the band’s iconic album Disintegration, and they’ll be playing the album in full.
This final show will take place on Thursday, 30th May. Check out all important details below.
