The Dillinger Escape Plan Premier New Song ‘Nothing’s Funny’

The latest offering from their forthcoming album One Of Us Is The Killer shows a much softer side of The Dillinger Escape Plan than we’re previously seen. Nothing’s Funny sees the band put a bit more of an emphasis on their southern hardcore skills with a cheeky splash of mathcore.

Don’t panic too much if you feel the tune is a little short for your liking. The band teamed up with longtime cohort Steve Evetts to take the help in the studio and if you’ve check out the previous singles When I Lost My Bet and Prancer, a little downtime on the album might not be such a bad thing.

One Of Us Is The Killer will be facilitated through the band’s own Party Smasher Inc., so it’s pretty exciting times. Dillinger are gigging hard in anticipation of the release, so Australian tour dates are surely just around the corner. One Of Us Is The Killer is due in stores next Friday, 17th May.
