The Fray Announce ‘How To Save A Life’ 20th Anniversary Australian Tour

The Fray are returning to Australia in 2025 celebrating the 20th anniversary of their iconic debut album How To Save A Life.

The local leg of their ambitious world tour will see the Colorado soft rock icons perform their ground-breaking LP in full this December, for fans in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Notably, the dates will mark The Fray’s first tour without OG frontman, Isaac Slade

Released in 2005, How to Save a Life became one of the defining albums of the 2000’s, earning widespread critical acclaim and delivering hits like ‘Over My Head (Cable Car)’ and, of course, the 5 x Platinum title track.

“We wrote songs in our parents’ basements and our grandpa’s barn, dreaming of playing our music with the world one day. We never imagined that the songs from How to Save a Life would still hold new meaning 20 years later,” new lead vocalist Joe King explains in a press statement.

“It’s an incredible honour to celebrate the album’s 20th anniversary with our Australian fans. We can’t wait to perform these songs and share our stories with you. Come sing with us – we’ll see you in December!”
