The Living End Announce First Headline Shows In Two Years

Having already been announced as special guests on the legendary Jimmy Barnes’ upcoming 30th anniversary tour, The Living End are now gearing up for three very special headlining shows! The Melbourne veterans will now be hitting up venues in the general NSW area this October and November, presented by Music Feeds.

With no other motivation than just feeling like it, The Living End will be treating crowds in Canberra, Wollongong, and Sydney to three intimate and very loud performances, showcasing all of their biggest hits, including timeless Aussie rock classics like Prisoner of Society, All Torn Down, and West End Riot.

These will be the band’s first headline shows since their unprecedented Retrospective Tour in 2012, during which they performed each of their six albums in full over seven nights in five cities across the country. The band were also tapped by Soundwave organisers as a last-minute headliner earlier this year.

As if fans needed any more reasons to get excited, The Living End have also confirmed that they’ve regrouped to begin recording their seventh album. Currently slated for release some time next year, the album will be the follow-up to 2011’s ARIA Award winning The Ending Is Just The Beginning Repeating.

The band have set ticket prices to under 50 bucks including booking fee (transaction fees may apply) to ensure that every Living End fan within reach is able to make it through the doors to sing their hearts out. Readers can check below for all dates and details. Tickets will hit sale on Thursday, 25th September.
