Alabama-raised sister duo Allison and Catherine Pierce have announced Australian tour dates to go alongside their shows opening for Coldplay. They’ll be playing two shows, the first in Melbourne on Wednesday, 14th November at Northcote Social Club and the second at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory on Tuesday, 20th November.
Long-time admirer and bass player for Coldplay Guy Berryman and fellow producer Rik Simpson teamed up with the sisters in London to begin work on their current album You & I, an album that grabs you in the first few bars of its first track, and doesn’t let go. Although they’ve released several albums before this one, thanks to Berryman’s love for the group he has helped them gain more success on their current effort.
