It’s a big statement these days working with the god-like Kanye West,, but it’s probably an even bigger statement turning down work with him. Tyler, The Creator has revealed that he did just that in an effort to keep his latest single IFHY as his own baby.
Tyler explained on is own Formspring that when a fan questioned why he didn’t collab with the super-hot-right-now West, “Cause it was mine,” he said. “He wanted to be on IFHY too! but i was like, nah hahaha. ye is soo awesome, i talk to him almost everyday it seems like. its cool to have someone you can level with about art and everything else.”
Tyler will be bringing his sophomore album Wolf down with him on his recently announced Australian tour with Earl Sweatshirt. It would be cool to see IFHY performed minus the creepy as balls video clip.
