Watch This 11-Year-Old Tap Dance On Stage With The Darkness In Sydney

Some super-cute footage has emerged of a young girl tap dancing on stage with English rockers The Darkness at their show in Sydney last night.

Currently in Australia for Groovin The Moo and a string of sideshows, The Darkness used part of their Enmore Theatre gig to bring an 11-year-old fan called Jessica onto the stage, so that she could tap dance next to the band while they rocked their way through ‘One Way Ticket’.

Video of the special moment, which you can check out below, shows Jessica tapping her little heart out while wearing a Darkness t-shirt, as the crowd cheers her on.

What’s more, The Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins apparently wouldn’t let the band start playing ‘One Way Ticket’ until Jessica had some earplugs in, which just adds to the ridiculous levels of cuteness happening here.

There are also some ridiculous levels of irony happening too, because ‘One Way Ticket’ is largely about cocaine, and contains lines like, “The first line hit me like a kick in the face,” and, “Stick it up your nose! Woohoo!”

But yeah, go Jessica!

The Darkness perform in Perth on Friday night, ahead of the final leg of Groovin The Moo in Bunbury this weekend.
