Watch The Amity Affliction (As Zombies) Drop A Ballistic Cover Of The Weeknd’s ‘Can’t Feel My Face’

The Amity Affliction have given The Weeknd‘s ‘Can’t Feel My Face’ a whole new meaning by covering it while styled as flesh-eating zombies.

Smack-bang in the middle of their Aussie tour with PVRIS, Beartooth & Make Them Suffer, the Amity lads have made good on their threat to serve up a cover of the Canadian pop producer’s chart-topping ode to nose beers, and it’s everything we ever hoped it would be and more.

Not only does the Top 40 tune translate surprisingly well when given a punk/metalcore makeover, the Gympie crew have — uh —  brought it to life even more with a music video that unfolds a gory AF zombie love story #nawwwwwrghhhhhhhh

Their gruesome rendish comes courtesy of the Punk Goes Pop Vol. 7 compilation album, which also features cover tunes by Dance Gavin Dance, Andy Black, State Champs and more and is due out on 14th July.

Check it below and catch the band live on the remaining dates of their big Aussie tour (you can also catch The Weeknd performing ‘Can’t Feel My Face’ live when he comes down under for the first time later this year).
