Today in unlikely covers, Chris Martin has delivered an acoustic rendition of Ginuwine‘s iconic hit ‘Pony’.
Joined by three backing singers and a double bass, the Coldplay frontman performed an unplugged rendition of the 90’s sex boogie, sans shoes, at a Spotify event in the Hamptons (AKA cashed-up New Yorkers go-to holiday spot).
He also performed Coldplay’s ‘Viva La Vida’, which we suppose is almost as much of a classic.
