More footage has emerged of UK act The Last Shadow Puppets spontaneously jamming a song live, and this time LCD Soundsystem have found themselves at the centre of its lyrical content.
Over the past month or so, Miles Kane and Alex Turner have improvised a track about Tame Impala, as well as one more recently about Arcade Fire – and are beginning to develop a bit of a reputation for these short improvised jams.
As part of their European tour, TLSP played at the Netherlands’ Lowlands festival where LCD Soundsystem were headlining – providing perfect fodder for Turner. “That’s what I’m excited about, I’m excited about LCD Soundsystem,” sings Turner repeatedly.
“JAMES MURPHY BABY!” he then yells, before throwing down a final jam.
