Watch Liam Gallagher Slam “Geezer” Noel For Splitting Up Oasis In Trailer For New Doco

Another day, another Gallagher-on-Gallagher sledge.

This time, Liam is the culprit.

In the first trailer for the younger Gallagher’s hyped new documentary, As It Was, the singer revisits the infamous breakup of Oasis, placing the blame squarely on his older brother and former bandmate, Noel.

“The geezer split my band up, no wonder we fucking hate each other,” LG explains in the clip.

“No band, no songs, what am I gonna do without Noel? He’d quite happily see me in the gutter.”

OUCH.

Elsewhere in the trailer, Liam also mocks a picture of Noel and his wife Sara, calling them “fucking Prince Philip and fucking, what’s she’s called?”, before his mum has a go at him.

Liam also previously accused Noel of threatening him with a legal smackdown if he dared to use any Oasis footage in the doco.

“Ive just been informed that I’ll be sued by the not so mighty little fella and his goons at [management company] Ignition if I use any footage of me singing oasis yes oasis songs in As It Was. Who’s bitter now eh,” he tweeted.

Liam’s forthcoming film, directed by Charlie Lightening (Paul McCartney, Kasabian), has been described by the man himself as being “about my musical comeback – it covers the writing and recording of my first solo album [2017’s As We Were, which hit #1 in the UK], right through to playing it live for the very first time in my hometown of Manchester and around the world”.

The whole thing comes after Liam tried to sweet talk Noel into reuniting Oasis over Twitter last year.

Clearly that didn’t pan out well.
