As described on several occasions among these pages, 2011 is the year of the Rufus Wainwright box set. The singer releases the mammoth collection, House Of Rufus, next month in the UK. And now a clip has been released detailing the decadence and style of this particular release.
The pricey project features 19 discs and a 88-page hardback book, among many other things. Live and rare material abounds, while not long after the box set’s release, Wainwright is expected to put out his new album, a collaboration with Mark Ronson.
