We Are Scientists Postpone Aus Tour, Cancel Adelaide Show

Due to pressures of completing their forthcoming record, New York-based indie ensemble We Are Scientists are postponing their upcoming January 2014 tour in Australia to May 2014 and completely cancelling the Adelaide leg of the show.

The band say when they finally return to Oz they promise to bring in tow the noise that brought them to international fame by playing the lion’s share of songs from their four highly-lauded LPs. Including tracks form their 2005 hit record, With Love and Squalor as well as all the hits from their entire catalogue and the Australian debut of their soon to be finished and released new album.

Known to be full of hyper-active indie-rock dance-floor classics, mass sing-a-longs and hilarious in between song banter, this sting of new dates might be the chance for punters who missed out before to catch We Are Scientists in their first Australian tour since 2008. Tickets currently held will be valid for the new dates and Adelaide ticketholders and those unable to attend the new dates will be able to obtain refunds from place of purchase.
