The New Years-straddling Wildlands Festival has revealed the freshly-minted set times for its Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide events this summer, with the festivities taking place across Brisbane on New Year’s Eve and both Perth and Adelaide across the first weekend of 2025.
For punters attending the event in Brissie, you’ll have the option of either ringing in the New Year with the signature drum and bass hits of Chase & Status, who’ll perform the countdown set on the Sahara Stage, or Marlon Hoffstadt on the Summit Stage.
Chase & Status – ‘No Problem’
In both Perth and Adelaide, Australian DJ FISHER will close out the main stage, while Wilkinson and Malugi will also take the closing sets across The Wilds and Summit stages in Perth.
Each city will also kick off with a Welcome to Country ceremony, acknowledging the traditional owners of the land.
The full lineup for the three legs of Wildlands 2024/25 also features the likes of American rapper Ice Spice, ‘Nasty’ singer Tinashe, Australian indie rock duo Royel Otis, American producer RL Grime, UK duo Joy (Anonymous), English DJ Sammy Virji, homegrown party-starters Confidence Man, First Nations rapper Barkaa and loads more.
Promoters are warning that tickets are running low, so if you’ve been twiddling your thumbs then best stop twiddling.
