Alanis Morissette Announces First Australian Tour In Almost 20 Years

Legendary singer-songwriter Alanis Morissette has announced that she’ll return to Australia in 2018 for two exclusive shows in Melbourne and Sydney, as part of her ‘An Evening With Alanis Morissette’ tour.

Morissette’s new Aussie shows are her first local gigs in almost 20 years, and will see her perform songs from across her career in an intimate acoustic trio. The all-ages shows will take place in theatres this January, and you can catch all the dates and ticket details, below.

As one of the most iconic voices of the ’90s and ’00s, Morissette has remained one of the most influential singer-songwriters of our time. The Canadian, who released her latest album Havoc and Bright Lights in 2012, is best known for songs like ‘Ironic’, ‘You Oughta Know’ and ‘Hand In My Pocket’.
