Blink 182’s Christmas EP Dogs Eating Dogs is available to order now via Blink-182.com. There are three different EP packages that fans can order, depending on how much loot they wish to part with and how many goodies they want in return.
Santa’s Lap Package will set you back 100 bucks and includes a limited edition poster, T-shirt, wrapping paper, holiday card, and various surprise additions while stock lasts. Also, if you order before November 26 your poster will be signed by Blink 182.
The Nice and Naughty packages are a little scaled back to reflect their respective costs of $60 and $20. The Nice package comes with a Hoodie rather than a T-shirt but no poster. The Naughty package is simply a T-shirt and holiday card. Both packages also include random additions while stock lasts.
Of course despite all the extras, the truly exciting news is that Dogs Eating Dogs is entirely comprised of new music from Blink 182. When speaking about the EP, drummer Travis Barker said he feels that the quality of the new tunes tower over 2011 LP Neighborhoods.
“To me already, this EP is a hundred times better than Neighborhoods … because we’re all in a room together … There’s some songs on there that I love, but for the most part it was disconnected,” Barker told Rolling Stone. “It was like, ‘You do this part in your studio, and then you’re gonna play on it and send it back to me.’ When we’re not in the studio together, you don’t have the opportunity to gel off each other.”
