Chris Brown Accused Of Making Homophobic Remarks Towards Frank Ocean

Written by Kiel Egging on July 29, 2012

Chris Brown has been accused of making homophobic remarks towards fellow urban star Frank Ocean as he left a nightclub in France on the weekend.

PRLog and Complex report a member of the paparazzi asked Brown about Ocean – to which he replied “Man, no homo!”

The phrase “no homo” has long been part of hip hop culture, meaning a rejection of anything that could be deemed as homosexual.  Ocean recently announced on his Tumblr page that he is bisexual.

It’s not the first time Chris Brown has been reported making homophobic remarks – last June, after accusing a group of paparazzi of alerting police that his car was illegally parked, he supposedly said, “Y’all n****s is weak. Did you all call them to try and film me? Y’all n****s is gay.”

Brown and Ocean also had a Twitter war last year, which led to an altercation between Frank Ocean and Chris Brown’s cousins.
