Docudrama ‘Soaked In Bleach’ Rehashes Kurt Cobain Murder Theory

When previously unseen photos from the death scene of Kurt Cobain were released to the public last month as part of a re-examination of the case by Seattle Police, officials stressed the case was still ruled as a suicide. But that hasn’t stopped the makers of new docudrama Soaked In Bleach.

While the lavishly produced docudrama does not currently have a set release date, its makers have strategically timed the release to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the Nirvana frontman’s death, which the film claims was not a suicide, but a murder orchestrated by Cobain’s wife, Courtney Love.

Conspiracy theories surrounding the death of the legendary musician have persisted since news of it broke, despite ongoing efforts by the Seattle PD to put them to rest. While Soaked In Bleach features numerous interviews, a good portion is highly speculative dramatic reenactments by hired actors.

Earlier this week, Music Feeds reported that noted Cobain conspiracy theorist Richard Lee is suing the Seattle Police Department over the recently released death scene photos, claiming they should have been released closer to Cobain’s death. Readers can view the Soaked In Bleach trailer below.
